Of course, if you really want a lot of customers, having a policeman writing tickets out front helps to
redirect the traffic into the Fish Fry:)
We went through 2200 pounds of fish, over 600 gallons of fryer oil, 3000 sandwich buns, 12800 packets of tarter sauce, 450 pounds of breading AND 152 VOLUNTEERS makes for one
GREAT FISH FRY!
And of course we make time for a little fun and some really cool cars!
